We hear quite a bit about containers being lost at sea but to the best of my knowledge there have been only a couple of documented collisions with floating shipping containers. The problem appears to be almost non-existent in the real world.

Since there are no personal accounts, has anyone ever even heard of a credible collision? I've never heard of one.
