() Or reservoir. I used to sail our dinghy on some small lakes and found the traffic(mostly the motorboat wakes) hard to deal with sailing a small boat. Nice idea to divide it for different uses. Quiet side, noisy side, I like that. Floating breakwater down the middle, and it would be perfect.
