Hope you have a nice trip on Oct. 8th. I'm not sure that the foliage will be at peak yet but it is still a great time to check out the river. The Hudson Highlands should have the best foliage.
We keep our Tartan 27' at Nyack Boat Club which has some of the least expensive guest moorings ($25/night).
I know HH quite well having grown up in Sea Cliff. Do you keep your boat at HHC, SCYC or Brewers in GC?
