Besides the bushings being very worn the sheaves are badly scored from the wire halyards - yes, I like wire halyards - zero stretch and long lives.

I looked at Garhauer - they don't have the size I need so they would have to be custom.

Rigrite has the sheaves I need stock so I would expect the cost to be better.

I have a lot of Garhauer and love the quality. I have rope clutches from them that are now over 20 years old and still going strong.

I will call both and see what happens.
