Watco Danish rubbing oil.
WATCO "Natural" Oil is what I use as well ...
I was thinking it's only a problem over a coating.

There was a pretty good discussion on this back in August
Deks Ole number one, the wet on wet matte finish lasted for years on Passage.
BTW, Watco and other similar oils are Linseed oil based I think.
