The National Weather Service in Upton has issued a high wind watch...which is in effect from Wednesday morning through late Wednesday night.

* Locations...all of northeastern New Jersey...southern
Connecticut...Long Island and New York City.

* Hazards...damaging winds.

* Winds...northeast 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 70 mph.

* Timing...Wednesday and Wednesday night.
