I looked at it in Annapolis. A lot of design ideas that would be brilliant in a small, high-end, condo. Also great stuff for getting around marinas, and power operated everything to make life "easy"

If the buyer wants a comfortable floating condo that can move around on the water in good weather, then he will be happy. Nothing wrong with that, although it would not be my choice.

For owners who do not care about high maintenance and repiar bills, all the gadgets may well be fun.
