It has no overturning moment. The angle of the sail creates lift which acts through the center of effort of the dagger board. The only reason the boat is so wide is to get the angles right, not to create more righting moment. Beautiful engineering, perfect balance. There are several videos that show the balance on the Sailrocket site http://www.sailrocket.com/ Look how the leeward float just skims along, it doesn't dig in at all. These guys put a LOT of thought into high speed performance.
