I'm taking the family down this time; my son, daughter-in-law, and the grandkids. The kids don't have passports and their parents don't want to pay the full passport rate and would rather just get them a passport card.

Does anyone have experience with this? We'll be flying into St. Thomas then ferrying over to Soper's Hole in Tortola.
