Cook well. The boar made for excellent pulled port, moose and bear make great burgers and other things all hamburg. I haven't tried the moose steaks yet but so far the venison steaks are great on the grill. This meat is feeding five families for the entire winter.

I don't do meat/chicken/fish from the store nor worse, fast food establishments.
