He doesn't read this BB, and he doesn't read my blog because he doesn't own a computer. He was blown away by my integrated Simrad electronics. As I showed him the NSS12 touch screen chart plotter with integrated broadband radar and AIS, I might as well have been showing him the blueprints for the space station.

A funny side note. He asked if he could just be alone to walk around the boat, and I said sure. After about ten minutes, he called me over. He said he didn't understand the electronics. As I started to explain again about the Simrad equipment, he said "No no, the electronics in the engine room."

Engine room? What electronics? Oh, the Filter Bosses! I explained again the purpose and how they function. He seemed satisfied and left.

I have a bare minimum price that I'll take for Drift Away, even from Bob. If no one meets that price, I'll take the boat down to Florida and have it hauled for the summer. Pam and I will return after the holidays and continue south.
