In my experience all my comments have been concerning Navionics on the iPad and in Panama. Thus if you check the archives please keep in mind that any from me are concerning the iPad only. Personally, I would seek out another source for what you need and stay away from Navionics. The company NEVER responded to me in any way. Details on the application are IMHO minimal. For example: I in Panama City I loaded the charts in that I would need in the San Blas, Panama. Then while in the San Blas I updated the application and lost the charts that were loaded in. For some reason they didn't work. No warning, no nothing. In the San Blas the internet is SLOW at best and I was traveling down island where the slow internet would be sketchy. Thus it created a problem. Thankfully, I didn't rely on Navionics, it was to be a backup for a backup.
