My rotator cuff surgery was yesterday and with good news. My shoulder tear was not all the way through as thought and the ligament was fully attached to the bone. They just had to stitch a tear together in one spot so no bone anchors requiring a long and painful recovery. Recovery will be much quicker and with less pain than anticipated. I'll have a short 3 weeks to full recovery as opposed to the anticipated 3 months.

I'll be sailing in May....yeehaa
