() We're going to strip the roof, apply 4" of foam insulation, deck it over with Advantech and cover it with metal roofing. A couple years ago I helped my friend build a new deck out there. He hired a helicopter to move the material. It sounds extravagant but it was much cheaper than paying us to lug stuff.
