Not sure about a Seaward, but I recently towed our Nor'Sea 27 from the Phoenix area to Napa Valley. Over the Grape Vine (big hills). I used a 1999 Dodge 250 Cummins diesel. No problems at all! We averaged about 50 cents a mile.
