I see the head chef grew up in the Baltimore area. It's startling to me to see these young entrepreneurs starting ventures like this one. How scary it must be! Then I remember, that was us not that long ago, fearlessness is partly youth.

I don't know GB but I can see how well the boat suits him. He spent many years(as you may know) working on the schooners in the area when he was younger. He's a gifted wood carver too. Every boat in the harbor tells a story.
