Our Volvo 2003T is 15 years or so old, 2200 hours

Comments on life of engine mounts would be welcome
When we go from neutral to full throttle, the engine moves forward about 1 mm, say 1/32"
The rear port side mount stretches up about 3 mm, say 1/8" while the rear starboard mount compresses a little less.

Is this OK?
Are the mounts getting soft?
