Slow boat to the Azores

Bermuda to the Azores in 26 days; the Azores high is not established this summer, we had lows with good wind for a day or so, then three days of calm, repeated over and over. One short-lived gale and two near gales. Light air sails did not help much, as we would be rolling in the left-over swell of the calms.
We are docked at the relatively new marina in Lajes, Flores, behind a substantial breakwater. 10 euros a day which includes water and electricity. Apparently all the municipal marinas in the Azores are the same price for a boat under 10 meters, we may not use the anchor for the rest of the summer.
We have AIS, radar, radar transponder (See Me) to keep track of ships. The See Me radar transponder would be my first choice to alert me to shipping, as it would give an audible alarm at over 20 miles, then the AIS would usually show us who and where at anywhere from 5 to 15 miles. We only turned on the radar a couple times to confirm closer encounters. We did see several ships with no AIS signal at all, and did not have to use the VHF to contact any ships.
Of about twenty boats in the marina right now, three of us are US, several French, a couple German, a Swiss, Poland, Canada (Walter Cronkite's old boat), Holland, etc. Fun talking to all the others.
Finally, the scenery in the Azores is absolutely beautiful.
