My next one will have an air conditioned cabin, all-weather enclosed helm, electric dinghy lift, etc. Heat too. An all season boat. Maybe a trawler.

Will still keep a high-performance day sailor for the perfect days, but for the larger boat; when I think about it...
1) It's too damned hot!
2) It's too damned cold!
3) There's no wind!
4) The wind is too strong!
5) The wind is from the wrong direction!
6) We're entertaining guests, not really sailing!
7) Nobody gives a damn about boat/sail trim but me!
