They did not do well, and had many failures aboard. The first jib was torn just two days out... computers died about 5 days out, and all power was lost about 3 days before finish. I think the lads were somewhat humbled by the scale of the entire event.

They had done long distance races before, but never something of this scale. No doubt there are scores and scores of tales to be told over "cold ones" to be enjoyed soon.
