I have an old To-hot-2 3.5 hp outboard. It will plane my Portaboat with just me in it. I would love just a bit more speed.

The question I have....... can I just purchase a new carb (5 hp size) from that on-line source you provided and "upgrade" my old 3.5 OB to 5 hp?????
