My wife is looking for a parking spot to leave our car for a few days while we bring our boat up to Rockland. We own a mooring there, but don't have a formal relationship with any marina. There used to be quite a few choices for free overnight parking, but apparently some of the usual spots we used to use have changed the rules (such as the lots behind Hamilton Marine, etc). If anyone has any suggestions please share. If needed we'll pay for parking, such as Beggars Wharf or the ferry terminal, but there used to be quite a few free spots so it seems surprising there are suddenly few or none.
