I you have a *.pdf progam which allows you edit...

You can save the chart shot as a *.pdf and then "edit" lines or notes on top of it.
Similarly, If you can import it into MSWord or PowerPoint, you can draw notes on top of it.
etc., etc.
If you can get navigation program you can just create routes on the charts, and then print them out as *.pdf's (or using the Nav programs "print" function, if it has one).
etc. etc.
