Blown out main?

Looks like a wide & roomy boat - no idea of the displacement. Based on the wake, I'd guess it's reasonably light. They seem to be trying to go to weather (based on the jib) but that main certainly isn't helping. The draft is MUCH too far aft. I see no batterns or reef points, so it must roll up into the mast (a negative in my book). If that's a trade photo, I have to assume the manufacturer doesn't care about sailing performance. Up wind? Start the diesel... And, where's the dodger? Must be an optional extra.. Also, the companionway is all closed up - must be expecting to get pooped. Or perhaps there's a sign 'Keep closed, Air Conditioned below'. Finally, those winches may be OK for the jib on the boom (they look like Lewmar 40s), but they've got something else on the furler. Am I wrong to assume it's bigger??
