I agree completely. Chartering isn't cruising. Anyone who thinks it's cruising is wrong.

It's renting a vacation boat and barely that.

Are Chuck and Ann still running Bocas Marina. Last time we were there, Ann was tired of watching people cruise while they took care of a marina. She wanted to head out but Chuck wanted to stay another couple of years.
