Fortuitous. If I had stopped sailing a week ago and flaked it up for winter, I'd be scrambling in the spring when it fell apart. Thanks to taking a friend sailing, that has overly strong fingers(he's a writer), the leech was pulled right off during flaking it.

Josh asked to go out as he is thinking about buying a yawl one day. I've never heard that. I figure a yawl find you.

What an hour or so we had on Penobscot Bay in shirt sleeves or a light jacket. We weren't alone, there were a couple boats out but you have it all to yourself now. At one point I released the sheet on the mizzen and Josh startled, feeling the helm lighten instantly. Ha! Old mizzen trick, he's sold.
