He tore down his older home and had the new one built on the property a few years ago. It is three stories and has an elevator to the bottom party area and a door that goes out to the Marina. He also owned a really primo Sonar 23, which he sold recently to another member that lives on the lake. Think we have 8 Sonars here now. Fantastic racing sailboat with a huge cockpit.
