What an intriguing idea the Schooner Bay development is. Great things, new ideas, are happening quickly, all over.

I didn't know you have a Dyer for dinghy. The 9'(or 10?) I assume? That's a nice rowing boat for two. Did you bring an outboard? How about an inflatable?

Hard dinghy's in that size are quite easy to board from the water. I can get into mine over the rail easily, bringing little water aboard.

Thanks for keeping the reports coming, I really enjoy them. Our friends Charlie and Barbara are headed back to Maine in the air for the holidays. I think they're staying where they are as they're bringing a car back with them so they can do some land touring from the boat, over the winter. Not a bad idea either.
