Anyone know why losing power necessitated a tow
In Response To: Correct me if I'm wrong, but this recent Northeaster was pretty well forecast in advance, no...? ()
particularly one as ambitious and far out to sea as this was?
Surely they could make progress in some useful direction with 30 knots wind.
