You can find them at sunware.de. They have performed well, but a couple of them are showing signs of delamination. They have little presence here, no real distributor. The story I heard second hand was that they made a bad batch, recalled them but some escaped.

When I bought them there where only a few options for a semi flexible panel. There are many more now. If buying today I would look hard at this company: aurinco.com. They are US based, and seem to make a good panel, high efficiency cells, etc.
