Dan and Ray and another couple went out on the bay with us this week end and we saw these guys trying to put up this head sail. The funny this is that they almost got it up, pulled it down and then pulled it up again, and again. On about the third try they finely figured out that maybe something was just not quite right. If you notice, the starboard sheet is still rolled up hanging below the sail as well.
