I'm glad you're enjoying the local wildlife. If you were looking for geography in the Bahamas,

you must have been dismally disappointed. Just the tops of coral and sand banks, it's hard to even call them islands. Arid, scrubby, tough land to grow anything.

Oh, but the water. The water draws people, especially sailors, to the Bahamas. The color, the clarity, it's some of the most beautiful, sensual water and sand beach shoreline on earth. I enjoy the local island culture as well, but the water has drawn me back a few times. I never get tired of that water.
