That's a pretty cool concept. Taken to

a level that's consistent with the needs of a cruiser might be problematic however. I don't know about you, Tom, but my boats so loaded with equipment and "stuff" in general that I have a hard time finding room for a couple of pool floats for the afternoon sun downer time. That generator, even reduced in size small enough to support my Kiss would still be relatively large. You would have to have a boat with a lot more storage then mine. But then, like I've said before, I'm on the smaller end of the fleet these days so maybe some of the guys might have the room. You still would have to deal with the logistics of getting it to fly. I bitched about hanging my old wind generator up in the rigging and that would be simple compared to this. I think I called that the "lazy factor".
