SAPHAEDRA has new owner(s) and is getting her big bronze centerboard re-installed after some work last winter. 51' she draws 5'8" with the board up. Thick, SAPHAEDRA is a lot of boat.
Who is Queene Hooper Foster? The author of Boating Etiquette for one, and a well known sailor-of a near bygone era, in NE waters. These days, she teaches sailing at the Woodenboat School in Brooklin Maine.
