Was down visiting sailboat still stored on-the-hard in club's yard at our Yacht Club and there's still ice in the harbour!

It's so thick that for a laugh the yard manager took a 1,000 pound train wheel, hoisted it up about 40 feet and dropped it only to have it bounce off the ice surface....

I've been at this club almost 40 years and NEVER seen a winter so nasty.....
