I have a Y splitter allowing one 30AMP shore power cable to attach to the dock pedestal outlet and the two legs of the Y to the boat inlets. I was thinking of fitting two Smartplugs on the Y spillter to fit the new inlets, but lying on my deck would be the connection from the cable to the feed leg of the Y. Silly?
