I've got a yogurt habit I am not willing to kick while cruising. Recently we bought an easiyo yogurt maker that is just an insulated container for warm water with a one liter inside container for yogurt mixture. I use non-instant whole dry milk at 1 1/2 concentration for thick yogurt. Since yogurt is already sour we sometimes store it in the bilge or our engel if it is running. No doubt any insulated vessel could make good yogurt this was an easy plan for me.
