In a powerboat in NY Harbor. The operator took the boat too close to the bottom somewhere and the cooling filled with sand/sediment. They were towed back, 40 minutes, to the dock. I guess that is the more typical charge for the industry.
It seems there has been enormous growth in that Towboat- et al industry. I see them everywhere down south and even a few cropping up here in Maine. I find the business model(making money) a bit of a mystery.
