Irvmiren was hauled in March 2014 for new bottom paint and a new propeller. 
Perhaps a stuffing box problem? More difficult to deal with than seacocks.
Unrelated question, why would the boat be brought here with this caveat? NOT FOR SALE TO US RESIDENTS WHILE YACHT IS IN US WATERS
