Was on Terceira. Found it to be quite beautiful and the people quite friendly. Loved the food... there was some sort of soft cheese that was served at all the meals... couldn't quite figure it out at first and then realized what it was. Happened to be there for their annual religious festival Sprito de Santo (not sure of the spelling). Would love to go back some day... well worth the visit.
