I crew on an A30 during the Annapolis Wednesday Night Series. He is 84 and the crews average age is 77. Occasionally we will let a non-Medicare come along. The skipper has been racing/cruising the same boat for four decades. We don't win much, but we do get an enjoyable sail most evenings.
