Favorite really local is Marshall Wharf in Belfast http://www.marshallwharf.com/ my fav is Cant Dog 10% ABV 
lots of other greats there
Next in line is http://www.baxterbrewing.com/ their Stowaway IPA is a favorite.
Shipyard Brewing has such a huge selection it is hard to pick one....http://shipyard.com/beer though the black IPA is a meal unto itself!
