I have been using word phrases as passwords for several years now when it dawned on me that they were very difficult to crack and easy for me to remember. Unfortunately, I keep running into banking and commerce websites that demand that my password be 6-8 characters long, contain a capital letter, a number, a non-letter character and no spaces. In other words, a very poor password - easy to crack and impossible to remember.
