Think sailing on a boat that needs you to wear a helmet is way way over my idea of a relaxing day on the ocean. Having said that, the half visor on the helmet is a really neat idea. When sailing in conditions that constantly send spray on board, glasses/goggles/full visors are a real PITA. You can't see crap because of the water beeding on the lens. That short visor lets you duck your head to keep from getting a face full while allowing you to see clearly when you raise your head to a normal straight ahead viewing attitude. Might even work for us blind people who need glasses by keeping spray off them. Wonder if they are some custom design or are they available at your local Volvo Challenge Chandlery??
