Here's the Sea Bag from our old mainsail.

Very nicely crafted!

I let them choose the design which is a simple anchor stitched on, one inner small pocket sewn inside. Their Logo, Sea Bags, is dyed on the inside. Large-two dog capacity, flat bottom, it will haul a bunch of provisions.

I immediately recognized the dark double sewn zig-zig seam(re-sewn once or twice between)of our old sail. The aged sailcloth, now cleaned, is a beautiful hue of off white. Heavy soft rope handles, spliced nicely, circle the bag in hemmed pockets, so I see no way the bag won't last, forever.

That's good because this sail has a lot of family memory. This is fantastic way to recycle an old sail.
