My understanding is that the entire thing is being financed without floating any bonds, or anything... The membership simply dug a bit deeper into their pockets, is all...

Beautiful community, but I wish they had a bit stricter architectural review, along the lines of places like Nantucket... Many of the largest, most pretentious properties over there now, seem really out of place with the more traditional, historic style of the community, and I'm frankly surprised at some of the stuff that's gotten built...
