Has anyone been to Chub Cay in the Berry Islands, Bahamas, recently? Can you kindly provide the state of the marina there? I was there in 2005 and it was my understanding that some posh resort was coming to take over the low key marina, but I have not been back since and don't know what if anything has taken place.
