Park it in a great location, add some "housing" on the deck and for 180,000 and mooring fees you have a vacation house in a great location. I'd offer 150,000!! If the tanks are full maybe 151,000. I knew a guy who bought an old tug..found the tanks were full of diesel sold the diesel and had cash left over to do some remodeling of the tug/condo/house boat after paying for the boat!!
