Good timing. There was talk on Blue Hill Community Radio today, about the 'gentrification of Belfast'. 
In Response To: Time to downsize.....5 bedrooms & 4 acres.. ()
That notion pertained to a show about the Stonington Opera House, and 'gentrification', in general, along the coast.
The complaint being that gentrification (in Belfast),raises property values(true, we know). Artists have to keep moving 'outside' to more affordable living. I guess this means, Stonington, is now, Bohemia?
Who's going to tell the lobstermen?
