I bought replaceable spouts and self installed vents at my local Tractor Supply Just under 10 bucks

() Package has a list of 13 states where it's illegal to sell or use them.
They are gonna keep on with this gas can crap to the point where you can put gas into the can, but NOT get it back out. Try using the new spouts to put fuel into a motor home!! Or my Jeep.
Of course many of them now state "NOT for use in refueling motor vehicles"
